Currently serving as Lead – L&D (Retail) at Relaxo Footwear Limited, she drives enterprise-wide capability transformation by designing execution-focused learning strategies that strengthen store performance, enhance customer experience, and deepen leadership capability across a large retail network.
Her leadership contributions have recently earned distinguished recognition. She has been honoured with the ET Emerging Leaders Award and has also received recognition at The World Achievers Awards, a global recognition platform organized by Adreneur Consultancy Solutions (ACS). These accolades acknowledge her innovation in capability development and her ability to translate learning investments into tangible business outcomes.

Her career progression reflects a consistent evolution from operational HR roles to strategic learning leadership, overseeing regional rollouts, capability mapping, store coaching models, and high-performance training interventions.
She blends structured instructional design with innovation in storytelling, gamification, blended learning methodologies, and data-driven performance tracking.
