The Alumni Relations Cell is proud to feature Ms. Aditi Singhal, Assistant Professor at Graphic Era Hill University, whose remarkable achievements continue to elevate both her institution and the larger academic community. Her journey reflects unwavering dedication to teaching, impactful research, and the pursuit of meaningful change.
The year has been very happening for her.
June 2025 — Literary Milestone & Global Recognition
Ms. Aditi’s story, “A Journey Etched in Tears and Triumph,” was featured in the anthology “Beyond Boundaries – Stories of Women Influencers”, now available on Amazon and Kindle.
In the same month, she was invited as a speaker at Speakathon 4.0, an international event that set a world record with 125 speakers representing 25 countries. Organised by ABCD International Family and Bhabad International Publication, the platform celebrated global voices in leadership and cross-cultural exchange.
July 2025 — Excellence in Leadership & Mentoring
Her dedication to mentorship was honoured with the “Trailblazing Trainer, Coach, and Mentor Award” at the Edvishan Educators Forum Symposium. The award highlights her commitment to nurturing learners, fostering innovation, and strengthening professional growth within academic circles.
September 2025 — Championing Mental Health & Digital Well-being
Ms. Aditi served as a Resource Person at the International Webinar Series hosted by Veer Maheshwar Charitable Trust, Latur, Maharashtra, where she delivered an insightful session on Mental Health and Well-being.
She also presented her research paper, “Controlling Screens, Sustaining Minds: Entrenching Digital Well-Being into Higher Educational Institutions’ Strategies,” at an international conference organised by UPES School of Business, DoMS, and IIT Roorkee — emphasising the importance of integrating digital well-being within institutional frameworks.
October 2025 — Advancing Research & Empowering Educators
At the 12th International Conference on Responsible Research and Innovation in Humanities and Social Sciences hosted by the London School of Management Education (UK), she presented her study on “The Impact of Generative Artificial Intelligence on Student Well-being in Higher Education: A Bibliometric Analysis.” The work is slated for publication in an ISBN-certified book.
Later in October, she facilitated sessions as a Resource Person at an FDP organised by T. John College, Bangalore, where she trained faculty on Bibliometric Analysis (R Studio, Biblioshiny, VOSviewer) and introduced them to Generative AI tools, including Prompt Engineering and ChatGPT.
Through her academic pursuits, thought leadership, and commitment to student welfare, Ms. Aditi Singhal exemplifies the spirit of continual learning and meaningful contribution. The JIML community celebrates her achievements and looks forward to her continued success and impact.
