It’s always inspiring to see our alumni scale new professional heights, and Mr. Arvind Gupta from the batch of 1997–1999 stands tall among them.

Currently serving as Chief Security Compliance Advisor, SAP P&E Board Area, Mr. Gupta has over 18 years of leadership experience at SAP. Throughout his journey, he has led critical functions in Security, Quality Management, and Compliance, driving initiatives such as SOC 2 Type 2, Test Automation, and GxP compliance for life science products.

Before his remarkable stint at SAP, he honed his expertise at Microsoft and Oracle, gaining rich experience in software testing, quality assurance, and business intelligence. His professional certifications — including ISTQB, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS Implementor (TÜV SÜD) — reflect his commitment to excellence in the ever-evolving domain of cloud security.

An engineer by education and a double MBA holder, Mr. Gupta earned his MBA in Marketing and MIS from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow (1997–1999) and later completed an MBA in Finance & Strategy from IIM Kozhikode.

His journey from Jaipuria’s classrooms to the global corridors of SAP stands as a shining example of how strong foundations and lifelong learning create enduring success stories.
