With over 18 years of experience in the BFSI sector, Ajay Singh currently serves as Head of Partnerships at LEI Register India Pvt. Ltd., where he drives institutional adoption of Legal Entity Identifiers (LEIs) and builds strategic alliances with regulators and financial institutions to enhance transparency and compliance in financial ecosystems.

Previously, Ajay spent 16 impactful years at Franklin Templeton Asset Management (India) Pvt. Ltd., leading high-performing sales teams and consistently exceeding performance benchmarks.

An alumnus of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow (Batch 2003–2005), Ajay holds an MBA from IIM Shillong and has completed the Transformative Leadership Program at EADA Business School, Barcelona. A lifelong learner, he is passionate about financial inclusion, investor confidence, and the evolving landscape of digital finance.
