We are thrilled to share the success of Day 1 of Entrepreneurship Week (E-Week) at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore, which began on 18th November 2024 with the inaugural session of Prabavh 3.0: Startup & Entrepreneurship Conclave. The theme for this year, "Intrapreneurship: Cultivating Innovation and Growth from Within," set the stage for an insightful discussion featuring a distinguished panel.
Mr. Manish Gehlot, an IIT Bombay alum and MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota, currently works as chief strategist for Medius Earth, a socio-climate mass forestation startup. He also holds upper management positions at IBM, Accenture, and CP wholesales. Mrs. Archana Parsai Gehlot, an IIT Bombay alum and former product strategy director at Oracle USA, has been experimenting with zero outsourcing of health, education, and food for the past 10 years. Mr. Ankit, a khoji from Swaraj University with a vibrant background in art and skill, is a playful facilitator who naturally connects with audiences through cooperative games. Mr. Sagar Choukse and Mr. Hardik G. Dawar, businessmen and entrepreneurs, shared valuable insights on the importance of observation skills in entrepreneurship. The discussion theme was “Prabhavh 3.0: Startup & Entrepreneurship Conclave”.
The panellists emphasized the need to observe everyday challenges and turn them into opportunities. For example, the story of Flipkart, founded by Sachin and Binny Bansal, was highlighted. Recognizing the lack of reliable e-commerce platforms in India, they launched Flipkart, starting with books and scaling into a market leader. Similarly, Sridhar Vembu, the founder of Zoho, observed the demand for cost-effective and customizable software solutions, creating products that now rival global tech giants. These examples inspired students to think creatively and innovatively.
Mr. Manish Gehlot stressed curiosity as a tool for identifying unique opportunities, while Mrs. Archana Parsai Gehlot emphasized empathy to understand users' needs. Mr. Ankit discussed the importance of persistence, and Mr. Sagar Choukse highlighted networking and collaboration. Mr. Hardik G. Dawar spoke about using analytical thinking and creativity to address real-world problems.
The interactive session allowed students to ask questions and gain actionable advice, leaving them motivated to embrace observation and innovation as entrepreneurial tools.
The ceremony set the tone for E-Week, providing students with the inspiration and knowledge needed to develop entrepreneurial mindsets. The institute looks forward to more engaging events throughout the week to foster innovation and creativity.
On the 2nd day of the E-Week at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore, an engaging and insightful event centered on "AI for Students and Future Entrepreneurs" took place. This session aimed to explore the integration of artificial intelligence in business settings and how emerging entrepreneurs can leverage AI to enhance their strategies and operations.
The event was hosted by Shiva Kakkar, a management professional with extensive experience in business development and entrepreneurship. With a strong background in guiding startups and managing corporate growth, Shiva brought a wealth of knowledge and practical insights to the discussion. His expertise in applying AI to business challenges helped attendees grasp the potential of integrating technology with entrepreneurship. The session commenced with a discussion on the initial stages of developing a business. Shiva sir emphasized the significance of a solid foundation for aspiring entrepreneurs. He highlighted how AI tools could facilitate market research, customer analysis, and business planning, making these phases more efficient and insightful. Attendees were introduced to various AI applications suitable for students and young entrepreneurs, such as AI-driven analytics for understanding market trends and consumer behaviour.
A key part of the session focused on practical prompts that students and entrepreneurs can use to maximize productivity. He shared templates for automating tasks like data collection and analysis through AI, showing how emerging entrepreneurs could focus on innovation rather than getting bogged down with repetitive tasks, thus optimizing their workflow from the onset of their business journeys.
In addition, the host demonstrated a marketing report format as a practical example. He walked participants through the essential components of corporate reports, showcasing how AI can streamline the process of report generation. Understanding the standard layout and integrating AI tools, entrepreneurs can create comprehensive marketing strategies that are data-driven and effective. This was particularly beneficial for students looking to develop a professional understanding of expectation in a corporate environment.
This event was a pivotal component of the E-Week at Jaipuria Institute of Management, equipping students with essential knowledge and skills to navigate the complex intersection of AI, academic success, and entrepreneurship. Day 03 of Entrepreneur Week at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore, featured insightful sessions by industry experts Mr. Raghav Gupta and Miss Sakshi Shukla. Mr. Gupta emphasized the importance of trust-building, effective grievance handling, and strong after-sales services for fostering lasting customer relationships. His session highlighted that understanding and connecting with customers is key to long-term engagement and business success.
Miss Shukla focused on the critical role of cybersecurity compliance in India’s digital future. She underscored the need for robust preventive measures to counter cyber threats and the challenges organizations face in adapting to ever-evolving regulations. By integrating cybersecurity into core business strategies, companies can not only protect sensitive data but also build trust among stakeholders and contribute to a secure digital ecosystem.
Both sessions provided students with actionable knowledge, blending customer-centric strategies with the essentials of cybersecurity compliance. The CEED Committee extends its gratitude to the speakers for their valuable contributions, making Day 03 a significant and enriching experience during Entrepreneur Week 2024.
Day 4 of the E-Cell week at Jaipuria Institute of Management ,Indore provided a vibrant platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to showcase their innovative ideas and tackle real-world problems. One of the most engaging events of the conclave was the Idea Box Challenge, where students were tasked with addressing a pressing urban issue: helping young professionals in Delhi balance their work-life schedules.
Delhi’s dynamic workforce faces numerous challenges, including long working hours, grueling commutes through heavy traffic, and constant exposure to pollution. These factors collectively drain time and energy, leaving individuals struggling to focus on personal growth, family, and mental well-being. Recognizing this, the Idea Box Challenge aimed to inspire participants to devise practical and innovative solutions to enhance work-life balance for this demographic.
Participants presented a diverse range of solutions, from digital platforms to physical services. Many ideas emphasized leveraging technology, such as mobile applications for smart scheduling, mental wellness, and real-time traffic management. Others focused on sustainable commuting options like carpooling and bike-sharing services, and even wellness hubs designed for busy professionals.
The energy in the room was palpable as students showcased their creativity, teamwork, and entrepreneurial spirit. Judges assessed the submissions based on innovation, feasibility, and potential impact, encouraging participants to think beyond conventional methods and craft user-centric solutions.
The event concluded with several standout ideas, reinforcing the power of innovation in addressing modern challenges. This conclave not only provided a platform for young minds to shine but also inspired a fresh wave of entrepreneurial thinking aimed at solving urban problems.

Day 5 of E-Week 2024 at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore, was an enlightening session featuring three distinguished experts from diverse industries. The focus of the day was on empowering students with insights into wealth creation, artificial intelligence in IT operations, and digital marketing strategies in today’s evolving business environment.
The session began with Miss Manjushri Sharma, a seasoned financial expert, who spoke on “Trading vs. Investment for Wealth Building.” She explained the differences between trading and investing, focusing on key financial instruments like mutual funds, equities, commodities, and Futures & Options (F&O). Miss Sharma also delved into the strategic considerations for launching Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), addressing the critical questions of when and why companies go public. Her session provided a foundational understanding of wealth-building strategies, helping students navigate the complexities of financial markets.
The second speaker, Mr. Siddharth Jain, explored the “Usage of AI in IT Operations.” Beginning with the history of AI, he traced its evolution and current applications in streamlining business operations. He highlighted real-world examples, such as AI-based tools for resume shortlisting and interview scheduling, which have revolutionized recruitment processes. Additionally, he demonstrated the potential of AI for automated PowerPoint generation, showcasing how these technologies save time and boost creativity. Mr. Jain’s session inspired students to adopt AI-driven tools for enhanced productivity and efficiency in their careers.
The day’s final session was led by Mr. Mayank Goyal, who spoke on the “New Era of Digital Marketing.” He introduced AI tools that are transforming marketing, from performance optimization to advanced analytics. Highlighting emerging platforms and innovative practices, Mr. Goyal emphasized how businesses can use AI to create impactful campaigns and maximize ROI. His session offered a roadmap for future-ready marketing strategies, equipping students with knowledge to excel in the digital age.
The day concluded with heartfelt thanks to the CEED committee and the college administration for organizing such an inspiring session. Day 5 of E-Week 2024 proved to be a valuable platform for students to learn from industry leaders, gaining practical insights to thrive in their professional and entrepreneurial journeys.
