HERizon: A Women's Day Special Two Day MDP at JIM Indore

The Two-Day Management Development Program (MDP) at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore, commenced on 7th March with a blend of insightful discussions, engaging activities, and interactive sessions designed for personal and professional growth. The theme of the program was "HERizon: A Women's Day Special". Dr. Nupur Gupta delivered the welcome address, setting the stage for an enriching experience. The first session, led by Dr. Monika Agrawal and Dr. Megha Jain, focused on emotional intelligence in conflict management, providing participants with strategies to navigate workplace challenges. 

Following a brief high tea breakDr. Romi Sainy conducted an impactful session on negotiation skills, equipping attendees with effective techniques to enhance their decision-making abilities. Post-lunch, Ms. Neha Mulchandani explored self-worth from a psychological perspective, offering deep insights into personal growth and confidence-building. The day concluded with Dr. Rekha Attri’s session on FIRO-B personality testing, shedding light on organizational behavior and interpersonal dynamics.

 

On the second day of the MDP began with a refreshing nature walk, setting a positive tone for the day’s learning. The first session was conducted by Dr. Nupur Gupta, who delved into financial empowerment for women, emphasizing practical approaches to financial independence. After a short high tea breakDr. Pooja Darda provided valuable insights on leveraging Generative AI for personal branding, highlighting the role of technology in professional growth. Post-lunch, Dr. Aneeka Bagga stressed the importance of health, nutrition, and overall well-being, encouraging participants to adopt a holistic approach to success. The afternoon featured interactive games designed to enhance creativity, fostering collaboration and innovative thinking. 

 

The event concluded with a unique tarot card debriefing led by Dr. Megha Jain, Dr. Nupur Gupta, and Dr. Monika Agrawal, with individual readings by Dr. Sonali Senapati, leaving participants with thought-provoking reflections. Dr. Nupur Gupta facilitated the closing ceremony, wrapping up two days of valuable learning and engagement.
