On 6th March 2025, the International Relations Committee at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, hosted an intellectually stimulating Case Study Role-Play Competition, where strategic thinking, teamwork, and decision-making took center stage. Designed to mirror real-world business scenarios, the event tested participants' ability to analyze problems, devise solutions, and present their strategies effectively. With a high-energy atmosphere, the competition saw students stepping into leadership roles, making critical business decisions, and demonstrating resilience under pressure. The participants' ability to think on their feet, adapt to unforeseen challenges, and collaborate seamlessly set the stage for an exhilarating showdown of skills and strategy.
The competition was evaluated by a distinguished panel of judges Dr. Manpreet Kaur, Assistant Professor and Dr. Vartika Varyani, Assistant Professor who brought their expertise and keen analytical skills to the table. They meticulously assessed each team's approach, offering valuable feedback and insights that helped participants refine their problem-solving capabilities. The jury’s in-depth analysis added immense value to the event, bridging the gap between academic learning and practical application.
As the event reached its conclusion, Dr. Aparna Mendiratta, Chairperson IRC delivered the Vote of Thanks, acknowledging the efforts of the organizing committee, the enthusiasm of the participants, and the insightful contributions of the jury.
