The Sports Committee takes immense pride in organizing the exciting and interactive games segment for the “Student of the Year” event, held at Jaipuria Institute of Management from 6th to 8th January 2025. This thrilling competition was designed to challenge participants’ skills, intellect, and creativity while ensuring a fun-filled experience for all. With a diverse lineup of engaging activities, the event brought out the best in our participants and showcased their enthusiasm and competitive spirit.
The games kicked off with the Kahoot Quiz, a fast-paced online challenge testing participants’ knowledge across topics like general knowledge, pop culture, academics, and sports. This was followed by the Cone and Ball Challenge, where speed, precision, and hand-eye coordination were put to the test as participants navigated through an exciting obstacle setup. The Diary TT Ball Challenge added a fun twist, emphasizing teamwork and coordination as duos transported table tennis balls using only diaries.
Adding to the energy was the Balloon Battle Challenge, which saw participants strategically defending their balloons while attempting to pop those of others. The Round Round Game brought laughter and excitement as participants overcame dizziness to score goals with precision. The event concluded with the thrilling Cycling Challenge, where participants showcased their endurance, agility, and balance in a mix of stunts and a slow cycling race.
A standout moment came during the final slow cycling race when Puran Choudary demonstrated exceptional balance and determination, earning him the prestigious title of Student of the Year. His performance was not only inspiring but also a testament to the spirit of resilience and sportsmanship that the event sought to celebrate.
The success of the “Student of the Year” event was made possible through the hard work and dedication of the participants, organizers, and volunteers. Each game brought an element of excitement and camaraderie, leaving everyone with cherished memories and a renewed spirit of teamwork and excellence. Congratulations to all the participants, and we look forward to continuing this tradition of celebrating talent and passion in the years to come!
