We take immense pride in celebrating the inspiring entrepreneurial journey of Ms. Shafali Agrawal, alumna of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow (Batch 2003-2005), and the creative mind behind the bakery venture “The Oven Saga.” The venture was inaugurated at the Jaipuria Noida campus on 1st October 2025 by the respected Director, Dr. Subhajyoti Roya, and Dr. V. K. Tomar, Dean of Administration.

Her initiative is a shining example of how JIM alumni continue to uphold the institute’s values of innovation, leadership, and excellence beyond the classroom. The Oven Saga has been able to carve a distinct identity by blending artisanal craftsmanship, passion, and modern business sensibility- delivering not just delightful products but memorable experiences for its customers. Though the same is just a start, there are milestones to be crossed.

Entrepreneurship, at its core, is about transforming ideas into impact, and Ms. Agrawal’s journey truly embodies this spirit. Her success story stands as a testament to the power of perseverance and the solid foundation laid by Jaipuria’s learning environment.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida, for fostering entrepreneurial mindsets, and to Alumni Association of Jaipuria-Lucknow (JIMAA) for its continuous efforts in building strong alumni connections and celebrating such achievements.

Stories like these reflect the essence of the Jaipuria legacy- a legacy that continues to inspire, innovate, and empower.

Wishing Ms. Agrawal and The Oven Saga continued success and growth in their journey ahead!
