Makar Sankranti Celebration - Indore Campus

The Cultural & Creativity Committee of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore, organized a vibrant Makar Sankranti celebration on 14th January 2025, bringing the campus alive with joy, tradition, and togetherness.

 

The festivities featured the traditional activity of kite flying, where students and faculty showcased their skills, engaging in friendly competition under the open sky. The event was accompanied by lively music, creating a festive atmosphere that resonated across the campus. Delicious treats like til-gur laddoos and other traditional delicacies were shared, symbolizing the sweetness of the festival and fostering a sense of community.

 

Adding a unique touch to the celebrations, students played shankhs, infusing the event with a traditional and devotional spirit. The day was filled with fun, laughter, and bonding, creating cherished memories for everyone who participated.

 

The event was a resounding success, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of India and the institute’s commitment to celebrating diversity. It was a beautiful way to kickstart the year, leaving everyone with a sense of positivity and camaraderie.
