Our alumnus, Mr. Pankaj (Batch 1995–1997), was recently invited as a panelist at the Gyanodaya Conclave, IIM Bodhgaya, where he shared thought-provoking insights on AI, digital transformation, and leadership. His reflections beautifully capture how embracing technological change continues to redefine organizational success.
On Sept 20 I had the privilege of being invited as a panelist at the Gyanodaya Conclave, IIM Bodhgaya, to discuss AI, Digital Transformation & Organizational Success.
Walking into the conclave, I was curious about how different leaders and experts view the rapid shifts happening in today’s business landscape. As the discussions unfolded, one thing became crystal clear — Artificial Intelligence is not just another tool, it is set to become the key driver of business transformation.
Of course, adopting new technologies comes with challenges. But this isn’t new. History reminds us that every radical shift in technology has created winners and losers. Those who embraced change moved ahead; those who resisted often lost not just their edge, but also significant market share.
For me, the most rewarding part was the exchange of perspectives — listening, questioning, and reflecting alongside such experienced voices. It wasn’t just a panel discussion; it felt like a shared journey of understanding where businesses are headed.
A big thank you to IIM Bodhgaya, the organizers, and my fellow panelists for creating such an engaging platform. This was followed by the interview about Digital Transformation & AI, challenges, leadership, learnings, What keeps me going and some other insights.
Truly, an insightful and memorable experience.
