Dr. Subhajyoti Ray is a distinguished academician and institutional leader with over 25 years of experience spanning academia, policy-making, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida, he has previously held key leadership roles such as Director at IMT Business School Dubai, Pro Vice Chancellor at NMIMS University, and Dean at Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB). His deep commitment to academic excellence and strategic vision has helped shape several reputed management institutions in India and abroad.
Dr. Ray holds a PhD from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a Master's degree in Statistics from the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Ramakrishna Mission Residential College, Narendrapur. His professional journey also includes a decade-long tenure at the Reserve Bank of India, where he served as Assistant General Manager, adding valuable regulatory and economic insight to his academic repertoire.
