On 22^nd November, at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, proudly hosted the Finance Conclave organized by the Finance Club. This insightful event brought together thought leaders and experts to discuss the evolving role of digitalization in India's financial landscape. The conclave served as a platform to delve into how digital transformation is shaping financial practices, enhancing access, efficiency, and transparency while addressing critical challenges like cybersecurity and the digital divide.

During the conclave, a panel discussion was moderated by Dr. Rajesh Sinha, Associate Professor, Finance and Accounting, where the panel included eminent speakers such as; Dr. Kanagaraj Ayyalusamy, Professor, Finance, XLRI Jamshedpur; CA Neha Rungta, Director Strategic Finance-Sales; and Transformation, Accenture; and Ms. Anchal Agarwal Jain, Manager at Government Sector Consulting, Deloitte and Ex RBI Officer. The panellists highlighted India's global leadership in digital finance and the economic impacts of digitalization, particularly on financial inclusion and fintech innovations. The panel members also provided practical insights into emerging technologies like blockchain and AI, discussing both their transformative potential and ethical implications.

The Finance Conclave witnessed vibrant participation from the student community, who eagerly engaged with the panellists through thought-provoking questions and discussions. Students gained invaluable insights into how digitalization is reshaping traditional financial systems, inspiring them to explore innovative solutions for real-world problems and what are the new skills and programs are important for the young finance professionals to shape up their career in the digital space of financial services.

The discussions emphasized the importance of staying informed about technological advancements and their ethical implications, equipping students to be future-ready leaders in the financial domain. Overall, the conclave, which was convened by Dr. Rajesh Sinha and Dr. Shubham Singhania, Faculty, Finance Area created a platform for meaningful dialogue, leaving participants motivated and better prepared to navigate the evolving financial landscape.
