Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow successfully concluded Talaash'26 – Khoj Hunar Ki, a week-long celebration of creativity, innovation, leadership, and teamwork held from 6th to 10th July 2026. Designed to complement classroom learning with experiential engagement, the event provided students with a vibrant platform to explore their talents while strengthening critical managerial and interpersonal skills.
The inaugural events were graced by Dr. Sushma Vishnani, Director, and Dr. Rashmi Chaudhary, Dean – Student Affairs, whose encouragement inspired participants to embrace the spirit of healthy competition and collaborative learning. Throughout the week, faculty members from various academic areas actively mentored, coordinated, and evaluated the diverse range of competitions, making Talaash'26 a truly institute-wide initiative.
Students enthusiastically participated in a wide array of business simulations, innovation challenges, branding competitions, negotiation exercises, analytical case investigations, entrepreneurial activities, creative arts, theatre, music, dance, and digital storytelling. Events such as Memory Relay, Negotiator Nexus, Market Madness, From Problem to Pitch, WastePreneur, The Rebranding Tussle, MBA Memeverse, Retro Walk, and several others encouraged participants to apply classroom concepts in dynamic real-world scenarios while fostering creativity, strategic thinking, communication, confidence, and teamwork.
The festival also featured online competitions including Echoes of Change and Campus Illusion, alongside sports events such as Table Tennis, Chess, Carrom, Badminton, and 8-Ball Pool, promoting holistic development and healthy competition beyond academics. The winners were felicitated with hampers in recognition of their exceptional performances and sporting spirit.
More than just a talent hunt, Talaash'26 embodied Jaipuria Lucknow's commitment to experiential learning by providing students with opportunities to innovate, collaborate, communicate, and lead in an engaging environment. The enthusiastic participation witnessed throughout the week reflected the vibrant campus culture and reinforced the institute's focus on nurturing future-ready management professionals.
