Startup Conclave 2025 at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur | 6^th & 8^th January 2025

The Innovation & Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, successfully hosted the two days Startup Conclave 2025 on January 6th and 8th. The two-day event was a vibrant celebration of innovation, knowledge sharing, and entrepreneurial inspiration, bringing together students, industry experts, and visionary leaders.

Day 1: Insights into Startup Dynamics

The first day commenced with a warm welcome speech by Dr. Ansita Aggarwal (Chairperson Innovation & Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell), setting the tone for an engaging and insightful session. Dr. Daneshwar Sharma (Dean Academics) presented a green certificate to Mr. Anuj Jindal, CEO of Anujjindal.in, and Dr. Varun Chotia (Program Director 1st year) honored Mr. Ravi Raizada, Chief Strategy Consultant at the Centre for Business and Technology. Dr. Sharma encouraged students to broaden their horizons and embrace new opportunities.

The speakers shared their unique entrepreneurial journeys, highlighting the challenges and milestones they encountered. Mr. Anuj Jindal delivered an enlightening session on the startup lifecycle, emphasizing that the real journey begins after the idea generation phase. “Your startup is nothing more or less than your core skill,” he remarked. Mr. Ravi Raizada provided a refreshing perspective, advising students to “fail fast and learn fast” to discover their true calling. The day concluded with an interactive Kahoot quiz on startup concepts, engaging students and fostering a spirit of learning where the top 3 winners were awarded with the prizes.

Day 2: Innovation in Action

Dynamic sessions and exciting competitions marked day two of the startup conclave. The esteemed speakers and judges panel included Mr. Priyanshu Goyal, Mr. Vivek Joshi, and Mr. Pramit Gupta. Dr. Varun Chotia (Program Director 1st year), Dr. Ramzan Sama (Dean Research), and Dr. Ansita Aggarwal (Chairperson Innovation & Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) presented them with green certificates. 11 teams which were shortlisted after rigorous round of presentations out of the 167 teams which had registered for the event. The day's highlight was the Shark Tank competition where these 11 teams presented their innovative business ideas in front of the panelist.

The event showcased remarkable talent and creativity:

Winner: Team AugAid– Atharva Baluja, a 13-year-old innovator, presented a VR headset designed to empower the deaf with seamless communication tools.

1st Runner-Up: Care Coders – Proposed an AI-based healthcare app aiming to revolutionize diagnostic services, making healthcare more accessible and efficient.

2nd Runner-Up: Legal Ease – Pitched an AI-driven legal repository to simplify access to legal resources for both common citizens and lawyers.

A special highlight of the event – Mr. Vivek Joshi generously offered to mentor and support Team Legal Ease in their journey ahead, fueling their potential for brighter success!

Participants included institutions like TAPMI, Manipal Jaipur, Amity Noida, and Vivekanand Global University, making the competition a truly diverse and enriching experience. As the curtains closed on this successful event, students and participants were left with a renewed sense of purpose and the determination to turn their dreams into reality.

The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Dr. Shubham Singhania (Co-Chairperson, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Cell) celebrating the energy and creativity of all participants and the hard work of the various committees by giving them goodies for the same.
