Staff Development Program, Indore Campus

The first enriching session of the bimonthly staff development series "नवोन्मेष", an innovative initiative by Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore for training and development of staff members, was organised on 26 July 2024 under the invigorating guidance of Dr. Sharad Chaturvedi managing at the helm, learned Director, Dr. Deepankar Chakrabarti leading from the front and astute coordination by the C.A.O, Mr. Rahul Bairagi.

 

The session was titled "Transforming Clutter into Clarity" and was based on the principles of lean 5S mastery. Dr. Sharad Chaturvedi taught the staff the 5S methodology, which includes Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain—a powerful Lean tool that enhances workplace efficiency and organization.
 

By implementing these principles, the administrators can create a more productive and safer work environment. The session was specially designed for staff members, including Admin, HR, Accounts, IT, and Library, and encouraged teamwork and collaborative problem-solving with enthusiasm and high moral fervor.
