The evening unfolded with vibrant energy and heartfelt emotions as the SRC (Social Responsibility Committee) at Jaipur campus, hosted its much-awaited annual celebration and farewell event. This special occasion marked the culmination of a year filled with tireless dedication, impactful initiatives, and unbreakable camaraderie among the SRC team members. From start to finish, the event was a beautiful blend of fun, gratitude, music, and memories that left everyone present with smiles on their faces and warmth in their hearts.

The celebration commenced on a high note with a dynamic and spirited dance performance by the SRC coordinators. The stage came alive as the performers captivated the audience with their enthusiastic moves, setting an exciting and lively tone for the evening. The energy was infectious, and it instantly brought the crowd together in a shared spirit of celebration and joy.

Following the performance, the event transitioned into a series of engaging and entertaining games that brought out laughter, creativity, and a touch of friendly competition. First up was the ever-popular game of Antakshari, where teams competed with enthusiasm, showcasing their love for music and quick thinking. The lively atmosphere continued with the Guess the Song game, where participants had to identify popular songs using only a series of cleverly designed emojis. This unique and playful twist tested everyone’s musical knowledge and interpretative skills, leading to a lot of amusing guesses and hearty chuckles.

Amidst the excitement, Dr. Varun Chotia (Program chair of 1^st year and Faculty Chair, SRC) and Dr Oum Kumari, Faculty Co-Chair, SRC felicitated Tushayar Sharma, Special Guest for the day with the Green Certificate.

One of the most emotional and touching segments of the evening was the screening of a special video presentation. Curated with care, this heartfelt montage chronicled the year-long journey of the SRC team — from planning and organizing impactful events to executing meaningful social projects. It was a beautiful trip down memory lane, allowing everyone to reflect on their shared experiences, the bonds they had built, and the incredible journey they had been a part of. The video left many with misty eyes and wide smiles, truly capturing the soul of the SRC.

Adding to the ambiance of the evening, Tushayar Sharma took to the stage once again — this time with a soulful live music performance that left the audience mesmerized. His melodious voice and emotive delivery created a serene atmosphere, allowing everyone to take a moment to relax, reflect, and simply enjoy the music.

Recognition and appreciation continued as junior coordinators, senior coordinators, and the dedicated SRC Heads — Mimansa Dadheech and Dhruv Gandhi — were called onto the stage. They were acknowledged and awarded for their consistent efforts, leadership, and dedication throughout the year. Their contribution was lauded with heartfelt applause, as everyone in the audience recognized the countless hours and commitment that had gone into making each initiative a success.

As the evening progressed, the winners of the games were announced, and cheers erupted for the top-performing teams:

• 1st Place – Team Epsilon
• 2nd Place – Team Gamma
• 3rd Place – Team Eta

Each team was awarded amidst a round of applause and joyful celebration, recognizing not just their victories, but also the camaraderie and teamwork displayed throughout the evening.

Before the formal end of the event, Dr Varun Chotia took a few moments to address the gathering. In his heartfelt message, he expressed deep appreciation for the collective efforts of the SRC team. He emphasized the importance of social responsibility, compassion, and community service, encouraging everyone to carry these values forward in their future endeavours. His words resonated with many, leaving a lasting impression of inspiration and purpose.

The grand finale came in the form of a high-energy DJ dance session, where everyone hit the dance floor, letting loose and celebrating the success of the past year. The music, lights, and unfiltered joy created the perfect ending to a night that celebrated not just achievements, but the spirit of unity, friendship, and purpose.

As the event drew to a close, the air was filled with gratitude, laughter, and the quiet promise of future contributions to society. The SRC farewell celebration was not just an event — it was a heartfelt tribute to the power of youth, the joy of service, and the bonds that make every effort worthwhile.
