On 13th September, students from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore, visited Dakachya School under the banner of Project Umeed 4.0, an initiative dedicated to spreading knowledge, joy, and hope among children from underprivileged communities. The project was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Ghanshyam Pandey and was filled with meaningful interactions, creative activities, and shared moments of happiness.
The visit began with interactive classroom sessions, where Jaipuria students engaged the children in subjects through poems, stories, and fun exercises. The young learners responded eagerly, reciting along with the volunteers and enjoying the playful teaching methods. These sessions not only made learning enjoyable but also boosted the children’s confidence to participate actively.
As the morning progressed, the focus shifted to creative expression. A drawing activity encouraged the children to pour their imagination onto paper. With sketching, coloring, and guidance from the Jaipuria students, the children showcased their creativity, filling the classroom with colors and smiles. The joy of expressing themselves through art made the atmosphere vibrant and lively.
Finally, the visit concluded with a musical session, where songs were taught and sung together. The blend of voices-children and volunteers alike-created a spirit of unity and happiness, making it a memorable end to the day.
The Dakachya visit on 13th September truly embodied the essence of Project Umeed- where learning meets joy, and where small efforts create lasting smiles.
