The day commenced with an engaging Wellbeing Expert Session conducted by Ms. Vidushi Mathur, Counsellor, and Ms. Deepti Srivastava, Senior Client Manager, 1to1Help. Students were introduced to practical techniques for self-care, building healthy relationships, seeking timely support, and maintaining a positive mindset in both personal and professional settings. The session encouraged participants to view mental wellbeing as a cornerstone of sustained personal growth and leadership effectiveness.

The programme concluded with a highly impactful awareness session on "Preventing Substance Abuse", delivered by Mr. Kalikaprasad Tiwari, Assistant Director, Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), Lucknow. Highlighting the serious physical, psychological, social, and legal consequences of substance abuse, Mr. Tiwari urged students to make informed and responsible choices throughout their lives. He stressed the importance of cultivating self-discipline, resilience, and ethical decision-making while encouraging students to become ambassadors of awareness within their communities.
