Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, formally welcomed the Batch of 2026–28 with the commencement of the Orientation & Induction Programme (OIP) on 29th June 2026, marking the beginning of an exciting journey of learning, growth, and transformation.
The first day of the programme was thoughtfully designed to help students settle into the Jaipuria community while fostering meaningful connections with their peers, faculty, and the institute. The day commenced with registration and campus familiarization, followed by guided campus tours that introduced the incoming students to the institute's academic infrastructure, collaborative learning spaces, and vibrant campus environment.
A key highlight of the day was the Open House for Parents, reflecting Jaipuria's commitment to partnering with families in shaping the educational journey of every student. The interactive session provided parents and students with valuable insights into the institute's academic philosophy, student support ecosystem, and the transformative learning experience that awaits them.
The session was graced by Dr. Sushma Vishnani, Director, Dr. Hemendra Gupta, Dean – Academics, Dr. Rashmi Chaudhary, Dean – Student Affairs, and Dr. Arti Chandani, Dean – Research, who warmly welcomed the new cohort and shared the institute's vision of nurturing responsible, industry-ready, and future-focused management professionals. Through their interactions, they encouraged students to make the most of the opportunities that Jaipuria offers, both inside and beyond the classroom.
The inaugural day's proceedings culminated in an inspiring address by Dr. Sushma Vishnani, who invited the students to build their management journey around the ABCs of an Antifragile Life: Authenticity, Boldness, and Curiosity. Emphasizing that true leaders grow stronger through challenges, she encouraged the incoming batch to embrace continuous learning, remain fearless in pursuing new ideas, and stay grounded in their values as they embark on the next chapter of their lives.
The first day of OIP 2026–28 set the tone for an enriching orientation experience, laying a strong foundation for academic excellence, leadership development, and lifelong connections within the Jaipuria community.
