Day 3 of the Orientation & Induction Program (OIP) 2026–28 continued with engaging and insightful sessions under the theme "AI & Future Skills," equipping students with the mindset, skills, and institutional support required to thrive in an ever-evolving professional landscape.

The afternoon commenced with "Learning to Learn" by Dr. Om Jee Gupta, Centre for Teaching & Learning, where students were introduced to practical strategies for developing lifelong learning habits, strengthening critical thinking, embracing a growth mindset, and enhancing academic excellence. The session encouraged students to become self-directed learners by adopting effective study techniques, reflective practices, and continuous skill development that will serve them well throughout their MBA journey and beyond.

Students actively participated in the session, engaging with thought-provoking discussions on adapting to new technologies, leveraging AI responsibly, and preparing themselves for the future of work. The emphasis on curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning resonated strongly with the incoming batch, reinforcing the importance of staying relevant in an increasingly dynamic business environment.

The day concluded with the interactive session "Know Your Campus Team: Faculty and Staff," led by Dr. Sushma Vishnani, Director, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. She warmly introduced the institute's distinguished faculty members and administrative teams, highlighting Jaipuria's culture of collaboration, accessibility, mentorship, and student-centric learning.

Faculty members from various academic areas shared brief introductions to their respective disciplines, offering students an overview of the diverse specializations available at Jaipuria and the exciting opportunities that lie ahead. Administrative and support teams also introduced themselves, familiarizing students with the various services and resources available to ensure a smooth and enriching campus experience.

The session reinforced the message that every member of the Jaipuria community plays an important role in the students' growth and success. Faculty and staff encouraged students to approach them freely for academic guidance, professional mentoring, or personal support whenever required, fostering an environment built on trust, openness, and mutual respect.

The enthusiastic interaction between students and the campus team reflected the beginning of meaningful relationships that will extend well beyond the classroom. As Day 3 concluded, the Batch of 2026–28 had not only gained valuable insights into effective learning and future-ready skills but had also developed a stronger sense of belonging within the Jaipuria family, laying the foundation for a collaborative, enriching, and transformative MBA journey.
