NEXTILIGENCE’26: Empowering Students for an AI-Enabled Future
On 7th October 2026, the
Artificial Intelligence Committee at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow
organised three engaging events under NEXTILIGENCE’26 — InnovAIte
– Redefining Industries, Goal Rush: AI Charades, and AIGNITE 2026 –
“Where Ideas Meet Intelligence”. The initiative provided students with
dynamic platforms to explore Artificial Intelligence through creativity,
innovation, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
As Artificial Intelligence
rapidly becomes an integral part of the modern workplace, AI awareness is no
longer an optional skill for management students but an increasingly essential
workplace competency. Understanding AI, its applications, opportunities,
and limitations enable future managers to work more effectively with emerging
technologies, make informed decisions, solve business problems creatively, and
adapt to the changing demands of the professional world. Through initiatives
such as NEXTILIGENCE’26, students were encouraged not only to learn about AI
but also to experience its potential in an engaging and practical environment.
InnovAIte – Redefining
Industries: A knowledge-based Kahoot Quiz that explored AI-focused concepts
and applications, judged by Dr. Devesh Kumar (Faculty – Business Analytics
Area).
Goal Rush: AI Charades: An
interactive and engaging competition where students acted out and decoded AI
concepts, encouraging creativity, quick thinking, communication, and teamwork.
The competition was judged by Mr. Anurag Mohan (Senior Manager – Alumni
Relations).
AIGNITE 2026 – “Where Ideas
Meet Intelligence”: Shortlisted teams presented innovative AI-powered
solutions to real-world business challenges, demonstrating their ability to
connect technology with practical business applications. The competition was
judged by Dr. Shubhadeep Sircar (Area Chair – Business Analytics, Lucknow
Campus) and Mr. Manikant Roy (Assistant Professor – Business Analytics,
Noida Campus).
The three events collectively
strengthened students’ AI knowledge, creativity, innovation,
problem-solving, communication, pitching, collaboration, and teamwork skills
through experiential learning. More importantly, NEXTILIGENCE’26 reinforced
the message that the future workplace will increasingly require professionals
who are not only familiar with AI but are confident in understanding,
applying, and collaborating with AI responsibly and effectively.
By creating opportunities to learn AI beyond the classroom, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow continues to prepare students to be future-ready managers who can embrace technological change, turn ideas into solutions, and create meaningful value in an AI-enabled business environment.
