On 11th March 2026, the HR Club of the Domain Forum Committee at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow successfully organized an engaging and intellectually stimulating event titled “NextHire – Build the Future Workforce” as part of the institute’s flagship event Samanvaya 3.0. The event was conducted in the esteemed presence of Prof. Vijay Laxmi Singh, whose guidance and encouragement added great value to the initiative and inspired participants to actively engage in the learning experience.

The event was designed as a gamified HR challenge, aimed at providing students with an opportunity to explore the dynamic world of Human Resource Management through interactive and creative activities. Participants were encouraged to demonstrate their HR knowledge, creativity, and strategic thinking while tackling tasks that simulated real-world HR scenarios. Through a series of thoughtfully designed rounds, students engaged in activities such as HR quizzes, recruitment meme creation, and conceptualizing innovative company cultures and HR policies. These activities challenged participants to think critically about contemporary workplace issues and explore modern HR practices.

The quiz round tested participants’ understanding of fundamental HR concepts, current industry trends, and organizational practices, while the meme creation activity allowed them to present HR situations in a humorous yet insightful way. Another key highlight of the event was the task where participants designed innovative organizational cultures and HR policies, encouraging them to think like HR professionals responsible for building productive, inclusive, and forward-thinking workplaces.

Overall, NextHire – Build the Future Workforce proved to be an enriching and engaging platform that blended learning with creativity and strategic thinking. The event not only enhanced students’ understanding of HR concepts but also encouraged teamwork, problem-solving, and practical application of management knowledge. It successfully reflected the objective of Samanvaya 3.0—to provide students with experiential learning opportunities that bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world corporate challenges.
