It gives us immense pleasure to announce that Dr. Daneshwar Sharma will assume the role of Director (In-charge), Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur Campus, effective 1st November 2025. A valued member of the Jaipuria fraternity since 2017, Dr. Daneshwar has been a pillar of academic and administrative excellence, serving in key roles such as Dean (Academics), Dean (Student Affairs), and Pan-Area Chair, among others. His deep commitment, inspiring leadership, and alignment with Jaipuria’s core values have played a defining role in shaping the vibrant academic and student culture at the Jaipur campus.

With over 18 years of rich academic and professional experience, Dr. Daneshwar embodies the perfect blend of scholarship, communication, and vision. An accomplished researcher and educator, he has 17 publications in SCOPUS and ABDC-listed journals, covering diverse themes from marketing communication and social media influence on business communication and poetry therapy. He also serves as Associate Editor of the Business and Professional Communication Quarterly (Routledge–SAGE, USA) and sits on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Poetry Therapy (Taylor & Francis–SAGE, USA).

Dr. Daneshwar’s passion for knowledge-sharing extends far beyond classrooms. Having conducted over 50 Management Development Programs (MDPs) for banking professionals and senior executives, he bridges the gap between academia and industry with remarkable ease. His popular YouTube series, JaipuriaTalks, has become a platform for inspiring conversations with experts and thought leaders across disciplines.

As he steps into this new leadership role, the entire Jaipuria community looks forward to his dynamic vision and compassionate leadership in steering the Jaipur campus to new heights of innovation, inclusivity, and academic excellence.
