Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited along with Jaipuria Executive Education Consultancy, Lucknow designed and delivered three days Dealer Capability Enhancement Program-Utkarsh for BPCL Dealers from UP East, UP West & Uttarakhand. Total 32 dealers were benefited from this program.

Three days (27th - 29th August'2025) training program was formally inaugurated with the lamp lighting session by Shri Devesh Singh, State Retail Initiative Head BPCL (UP) and Shri Shobhit, State OPS Head (UP East) along with Dr. Kavita Pathak-Director of Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow, Dr. Shubhendra Parihar- Chairman MDP-Jaipuria Lucknow, Mr. Manu Pandey and Ms Mini Nigam- coordinators for MDP programs at Jaipuria Lucknow and key participants from BPCL.

In these 3 days training program dealers learnt that, petrol pump is no longer just about fuel. It’s about service, convenience, and innovation. Dealers who embrace 3-pillar approach (Customer Management, Profitability Management & Design Thinking) will lead the next generation of fuel retailing.

Along with the sessions, Special yoga classes and get together evening was also arranged for dealer participants.

On the last day of this training program, open house session was headed by Shri Pankaj Motiramani, State Head Retail BPCL (UP – East) , in which he answered and discussed issues raised by dealer participants.  At the end, certificates and the group photograph were distributed to participants as a token of appreciation.

Further, the participants highly appreciated the training program and provided the feedback that the program was excellent and useful.
