Alumni Relation Cell at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow hosted Margdarshan-2025 on 2nd August—a signature annual session crafted especially for our incoming batch. Designed to guide first-year students as they embark on their two-year journey, the session featured insights from a proud alumnus and seasoned industry leader, Mr. Shanij Mohan Gupta (Batch 1999–2001), Regional Manager at Ashok Leyland.­

Mr. Gupta’s inspiring talk seamlessly blended his professional journey with practical advice for students—emphasizing the value of discipline, time management, digital restraint, and hands-on learning through Field Immersion Program (FIP) and Summer Internship Program (SIP). Drawing from over two decades of industry experience, he encouraged students to stay focused, embrace real-world challenges, and maintain personal well-being alongside academic growth.

Margdarshan sessions are exclusively delivered by senior alumni. This is done so that students may relate to the speaker and understand that the accomplished professional before them was once a simple student just like them—and that with clarity and effort, they too can reach such heights.
