The evening at the Lucknow campus came alive on 13th January with the vibrant spirit of Lohri, as students, faculty members, and staff gathered to celebrate the festival that marks warmth, gratitude, and new beginnings.
Set against a lively winter evening, the celebration revolved around the traditional Lohri bonfire ritual led by Dr. Upendra, Dr. Hemendra, and Chief administration officer Mr. Surendra, symbolising prosperity and the joy of togetherness. Students and staff members alike immersed themselves wholeheartedly in the celebrations, enjoying the festive atmosphere with visible enthusiasm and cheer. The campus echoed with laughter, conversations, and cheerful exchanges as participants offered revri, peanuts, popcorn, and sweets into the sacred fire, embracing age-old traditions with collective enthusiasm.
The candid moments of bonding and the seamless blending of tradition with contemporary campus life. From informal interactions and group photographs to the ceremonial lighting of the bonfire, the event reflected the strong sense of community that defines our campus culture.
