The New Year celebration at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, was a night to remember. It brought together students and instilled a sense of unity and camaraderie among them.

The Institute welcomed New Year on On 5th January with spectacular celebrations under the guidance of Dr. Rashmi Chaudhary (Dean, Student Affairs). The event was well coordinated by the Office of Student Affairs) and SDC’23 (Student Development Council). The celebration resonated with the lively spirit of the student community and commenced with the crackling warmth of a bonfire, setting the tone for an evening filled with fun, food and entertainment.

A series of engaging games kept the students engaged. The "Pop It" game, a unique and entertaining challenge, involved teams of four members navigating balloons from one location to another without using their hands. The suspenseful task culminated in a burst of laughter and excitement as the fourth member had to sit on the balloon to pop it. The rules added an extra layer of strategy and coordination to the game, ensuring a lively and entertaining experience for all participants.

Another thrilling game, "Guess" added an element of suspense and quick thinking. Teams engaged in a relay-style challenge, attempting to guess words, actions or dialogues within a limited time frame. With only 30 seconds to convey the essence of the given prompt, participants showcased their creativity and communication skills. The game fostered teamwork and spontaneity, contributing to the overall festive atmosphere of the evening.

The event also had a fun "Title Challenge" that made the celebration more stylish and glamorous. In the "Title Challenge," students competed to be the best-dressed male and female, adding a lively and creative element to the evening. People dressed up in various styles, ranging from modern and trendy to classic and unique, making the gathering a vibrant showcase of great fashion. The competition turned the event into a fantastic display of everyone's excellent fashion choices. All the winners were awarded with gift hampers for their enthusiastic participation.

A DJ party set the spirits high for the night with the students shaking a leg and swooning to the best of music beats.
