Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow is doing reasonably well in placement outcomes as of now in this placement season. With an increasing number of recruiters and a variety of profiles being offered, we are becoming an institution of choice for the corporate world.

Year 2023-24 is going well from placement perspective for the following reasons:
 

• 191 students placed in 67 companies.
• Increase of 10.5% in average CTC & 7.5% in median CTC from last year.
• Many renowned companies are visiting campus for successive years and recruiting students in numbers which shows the faith bestowed upon the institute by the corporate fraternity. Some of these brands include, Deloitte, PwC, BNY Mellon, KPMG, Wipro Blackstone, S&P Global, Oxane Partners, Blackrock, Hexaware, Schnieder Electric, Volvo Eicher, TVS Motors, IDBI Bank, South Indian Bank, ICICI Bank, IDFC First Bank, Mahindra Finance, Coca-Cola, HUL, Pernod Ricard, Adani Wilmar, AMUL, Reliance Retail, Asian Paints, Perfetti Van Melle, Ferrero India, HCL Technologies, etc.
• BFSI sector has hired in most numbers followed by Consulting and then FMCG/ CD. We’ve seen an uptrend in FMCG/CD this year, whereas hiring in the IT/ ITES industry has dipped significantly from the last 2 years.
• Function-wise, Sales & Marketing has the maximum number of placements, followed by Finance. The hiring in HR function across industries has witnessed a positive sentiment this year as compared to last 2 year trend. Some of the leading companies which hired us in HR were HUL, Hexaware Technologies, Coca-Cola, Reliance General Insurance & Bajaj Finance, etc.

Industry Driven Training & Networking Events

This year the focus has been on involving more and more industry experts for training and evaluation of students. A total of 137 guests (25 on-campus & 112 online) have interacted and evaluated the students of both 1st year and 2nd year in 4 different events to provide a practical exposure and expert guidance to the students.

Placements will continue till April and JIM-Lucknow looks forward to more participation from friends in the corporate world.
