International Training Program

Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, successfully hosted an International Training Program on Transparency and Prevention of Corruption on February 21, 2025. The program welcomed 29 senior government officials from Guatemala, reinforcing global efforts toward ethical governance and integrity.

Participants were greeted with traditional warmth upon arrival, including garlands and the customary "Tika" ceremony. The event commenced with an invocation to Goddess Saraswati, setting the tone for a meaningful learning experience. Dr. Tina Jain, Chairperson of Executive Education & Consultancy at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, welcomed the esteemed guests and participants, highlighting the importance of international cooperation in promoting transparency and good governance.

Key sessions were conducted by Mr. B.L. Soni (Rtd. IPS, Former DG of Anti-Corruption Bureau, Rajasthan) on preventing and combating corruption and Dr. Prabhat Pankaj on Managing Happiness. Their insights provided participants with practical strategies to enhance transparency and ethical leadership in governance.

The training program concluded with a valedictory ceremony, where participants were awarded certificates for successfully completing the program. The attendees expressed their appreciation for Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, commending its hospitality and the invaluable knowledge imparted during the sessions.
