Individual Development Program (IDP)

On January 17th and 18th, the Career Management Center at Jaipuria Institute of Management successfully conducted an Individual Development Program (IDP), offering students a unique opportunity to engage in one-on-one interactions with seasoned industry mentors. These experts brought a wealth of knowledge and real-world experience, making the program an invaluable platform for students to gain clarity about their career paths and aspirations.

The program featured a great lineup of distinguished mentors, including Mr. Yetendra Singh (Mayra HR Infotech Pvt. Ltd),, Mr. Shubham Gupta (Tax2win), Mr. Surjeet Choudhary(VGL Group), Mr. Nipun Goswami(AU Small Finance Bank), Ms. Manisha Kateja (Founder of Houzeparty) Mr. Kamal Murarka (Tax2Win), Mr. Dinesh Chellani (Training & Development Mentor), Ms. Chitra Godhwani (Jio ), Mr. Adesh Mor (BT Pierian), Mr. Deepak Saini (Be Now, A Pinelabs Company), Ms. Neeyati Jain(Benow, A Pinelabs Company) , Mr. Ashutosh Kumar (Yes Bank) , Mr. Nikhil Shrivastava (Right Point), Mr. Suhaib Akhtar (The Scribe Inc), and Ms. Udita Saxena (QDegrees). Their diverse expertise spanned across industries, providing students with personalized guidance, practical advice, and strategies for success in their respective fields.

The success of this program was a result of the collective efforts of the CMC team, committee heads Mr. Prateek Saini and Ms. Priyanka Agarwal, along with the senior and junior coordinators. Their meticulous planning and dedication ensured the seamless execution of the interviews.

The one-on-one interactions enabled students to ask targeted questions, better understand industry expectations, and explore potential career paths. By addressing individual concerns and offering real-world perspectives, the mentors created an environment of open dialogue and impactful learning.

This initiative proved to be a great success as it helped students clarify their doubts, address their curiosities, and gain confidence in their career decisions. The mentors' insights not only inspired the participants but also equipped them with actionable tactics to navigate their professional journeys with confidence.
