15 August, 2024: Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore, marked India's 78th Independence Day with a heartwarming celebration filled with patriotism and unity. The day commenced with the flag hoisting ceremony, led by Director Dr. Deepankar Chakrabarti, as the tricolour soared high, symbolizing the nation's freedom and resilience. The ceremony was followed by the distribution of sweets to students, faculty, and staff, fostering a spirit of togetherness and shared joy.
The festivities continued with an address from Dr. Deepankar Chakrabarti and the felicitation to the student winners of the Institute Smart Village Competition organised by IMA and toppers of trimesters 2 and 3.
This was followed by a vibrant cultural event, where students showcased their talents through dance performances, soulful singing and thought-provoking speeches celebrating India's rich heritage and diverse culture. The air was filled with pride and joy as the Jaipuria community came together to honour the spirit of independence. It was a day to remember, reflecting the institute's commitment to nurturing not just future leaders, but also responsible citizens.
