🎉 An Evening to Remember! 🎓
The Hyderabad Chapter of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow hosted its annual alumni meet on November 4th, 2023, at the elegant Hotel Deccan Serai Grande, Gachibowli, was a monumental success. Alumni from all four campuses gathered at the "Mint Hall," making the evening historic, fun, memorable – and also a first of its kind!
The entire event was meticulously planned and executed by the chapter secretary Mr. Arijit Dutta (b.2002-2004), with crucial support from Jt. Chapter Secretary Mr. Anindya Kumar Hore (b. 2004-2006), Mr. Mohd. Abuzar (b.2018-2020), and student coordinators for the chapter Ms. Chhaya Singh & Ms. Neha Upadhyay.
The Alumni Relations Cell (ARC) team from Lucknow left no stone unturned in reaching out to alumni across campuses, and the response was overwhelming. Faculty members, Dr. Shalini Nath Tripathi and Dr. Anupam Saxena, represented Lucknow and Dr. Arindam Saha from the Indore campus, his support was crucial in connecting with Indore alumni.
Excitement filled the air as alumni met faculty, some after a considerable time. Notably, Ms. Richa Arya, who served as the student coordinator for the Hyderabad Chapter until last year, attended her first alumni meet as an alumna within the same chapter.
The evening commenced with a heartfelt thank-you from Mr. Anindya, followed by Dr. Shalini's inspiring words, expressing her pride in our alumni's achievements and offering best wishes for their future endeavors. Dr. Anupam and Dr. Arindam echoed similar sentiments.
Dr. Simran Singh from CMC, Lucknow, shared light on her team's operations and stressing on the fact that alumni are the most valuable assets of an institute, that play an important role in guiding students through corporate trends, practices, development via exercises conducted by CMC team across campuses and extended gratitude to all attendees, she added that their success and embarking career journey is a testament of the quality education and values instilled in them during their tenure at Jaipuria. She thanked them for sharing their Learnings, corporate experiences and challenges to the new students and make an effort in growing this one Jaipuria family together. Dr. Anupam, then, provided insights into the Alumni Association and ARC's endeavors of the past year and their plans for the future.
Hyderabad Chapter was also presented a trophy in recognition to its efforts in bring all alumni closer together, Mr. Sandeep Verma (b. 1996-1999-PT), a founding members of the chapter, together with Mr. Anindya received it on behalf of the chapter.
The evening then turned into an interactive session, with alumni sharing their remarkable journeys and newcomers sharing their initial corporate experiences. This was followed by engaging party games before we broke for a sumptuous dinner.
As the night concluded, alumni departed with cherished memories, new connections, and a renewed sense of camaraderie, all looking forward to making the next one EVEN BETTER! 🌟
