With over a decade of dedicated service at the Jaipuria Institute of Management, Dr. Priya Sharma has been a cornerstone of student training and development at the Jaipur campus. Recently honoured with the prestigious Long Service Award for completing 10 impactful years, she continues to shape young minds with her expertise in coaching, training, clinical psychology and organizational behaviour.

At Jaipuria, she designs and delivers dynamic training programs while also guiding students through coaching and counseling. Prior to this, Dr. Sharma served as Assistant Professor and Head–CRMC (Career Resource and Management Centre) at JIMS, where she taught HR, Business Communication, Labour Laws, and French, in addition to managing corporate relations, training and placements.

Holding a PhD in Psychology & OB from the University of Rajasthan, a PGDM from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and certification as a Coach from Erickson Coaching International, she exemplifies the spirit of commitment, compassion, and continuous learning.
