On 25th July 2026, the Career Management Centre (CMC) of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow successfully organized the Future Workforce Conclave 2026, a thought-provoking event designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations. The conclave brought together eminent industry leaders, HR professionals, and management students to discuss the evolving dynamics of the modern workplace and the competencies required to thrive in an increasingly competitive corporate environment.

The event commenced with an inspiring keynote address by Mr. Ashish Banka, Vice President – HR, Algoworks, on the theme "Career Planning in Adversity."
