On 9th January 2026, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow conducted an insightful and engaging session titled “Managing Stress & Anxiety – Finding Calm in a Hyper-Connected World.” The session was led by Dr. Prabhat Pankaj, Director – Academics, as part of the Institute’s continued focus on holistic academic and personal development.
The session provided practical and evidence-based insights into understanding stress and anxiety through interactive discussions, real-life illustrations, and perspectives drawn from neuroscience. Emphasis was placed on mindful thinking, emotional awareness, and the cultivation of healthy cognitive and behavioral responses in an increasingly digital and fast-paced environment.

Effective stress management enables individuals to build emotional resilience, maintain productivity, and foster balanced interpersonal relationships.
