On 9th January 2026, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow conducted an insightful and engaging session titled “Managing Stress & Anxiety – Finding Calm in a Hyper-Connected World.” The session was led by Dr. Prabhat Pankaj, Director – Academics, as part of the Institute’s continued focus on holistic academic and personal development.
