Dr. Sushma Vishnani is a seasoned academician, researcher, consultant, and trainer with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the Dean (Academics) and Professor of Finance & Accounting at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, one of India’s top MBA institutes.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Ph.D., and Dip(IFRS), Dr. Vishnani brings a rich blend of academic insight and industry acumen. Her academic leadership has been pivotal in guiding Jaipuria Lucknow to NAAC A+ accreditation, driven by her strategic focus on curriculum development, accreditation compliance, and pedagogical innovation.
