This month marks a remarkable milestone—Dr. Surender Kumar completes 10 illustrious years with Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida. A decade of unwavering commitment to academic excellence, research, and student mentorship!

Dr. Kumar is a highly accomplished academician and practitioner with over 18 years of experience in Business Analytics, Predictive Modelling, Machine Learning, and Financial Econometrics. Beyond the numbers, he is also a certified Mind Healer and Clinical Hypnotherapist, known for blending data science with mental wellness and peak performance strategies.

Currently serving as Faculty (Decision Science) and Coordinator – Fellow Program in Management, Dr. Kumar has earlier worked with reputed management institutions like ICFAI, IILM, and Galgotias.

An alumnus of IIM Calcutta and IMT Ghaziabad, he is also an award-winning researcher with several publications in ABDC-listed and Web of Science journals—covering areas like AI in B-schools, tourism sustainability, and volatility in emerging markets.

He has led impactful workshops on mental wellness at institutions like NIESBUD, and delivered consultancy projects across healthcare, tourism, and financial services.
