Currently serving as Professor of Marketing, Dr. Agarwal's association with Jaipuria spans twenty transformative years, during which she has contributed significantly to teaching, research, curriculum development, faculty leadership, and student engagement. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to nurturing future business leaders while advancing knowledge in the field of marketing and consumer behaviour. 

An alumna of Jaipuria herself, Dr. Agarwal earned her PGDBA in Marketing before pursuing a Ph.D. in Consumer Behaviour from the University of Lucknow. Her academic foundation combines strong theoretical grounding with a practical understanding of business realities, enabling her to create meaningful learning experiences for generations of students. 

Over the years, she has emerged as a respected scholar with research interests spanning Consumer Behaviour, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Retailing, Services Marketing, Digital Consumer Behaviour, Sustainability, and Emerging Marketing Technologies. Her extensive body of research has been published in leading international journals indexed in ABDC, Scopus, and Web of Science, contributing to global conversations on sustainable consumption, retail innovation, customer loyalty, green marketing, digital retailing, and the metaverse. 

Her scholarly contributions have earned recognition within academia, with several publications receiving significant citations and influencing contemporary marketing research. Through her work, she has successfully bridged academic rigor with managerial relevance, making her research valuable to both scholars and practitioners.
