Dr. Prabhat Pankaj is an accomplished academician with over 30 years of teaching experience in Economics across reputed institutions in India and abroad, including 7 years in Bhutan. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics, was a University Gold Medalist, and has received executive education from Harvard University in Management and Leadership in Higher Education.

A celebrated TEDx speaker and AICTE’s National Happiness Unicorn Awardee, Dr. Pankaj specializes in Neuro-based Learning, Happiness, and Mindfulness. He teaches a popular course titled Science of Wellbeing & Happiness and has delivered keynote addresses at prestigious platforms like AACSB and the World Trade Center, St. Louis.

He has served over 20,000 participants through happiness and mindfulness sessions for elite institutions and corporations (IIT-Bombay, Indian Oil, AU Bank, and even the Ministry of HRD-Sri Lanka). He also established a unique Happiness Laboratory using Electro-Photonic Imaging to analyze energy fields and stress.

An active writer for Times of India and Economic Times, Dr. Pankaj was an invitee at the World Government Summit 2019, Dubai. His consulting work includes assignments for UNDP, UNFPA, and the Planning Commission, with a focus on happiness measurement, poverty, and inflation.

Currently, he is the Director of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, where he continues to inspire students and drive innovation in management education.
