This month, Dr. Arpan Anand celebrates five years of dedicated service at Jaipuria Institute of Management, a journey marked by academic excellence, impactful leadership, and an unwavering commitment to student success.

Currently serving as Associate Professor and Program Director at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida, Dr. Anand has played a significant role in strengthening academic programs, mentoring students, and contributing to institutional growth. Since joining Jaipuria in July 2021, he has been actively involved in curriculum delivery, research, student development, and academic leadership.

Dr. Anand holds a Ph.D. in Business Management (Marketing) from the University Business School, Panjab University, Chandigarh. His research interests include Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Brand Management, Family Business, Entrepreneurship, International Marketing, and Sales & Distribution. He has published research in reputed ABDC-listed journals, reflecting his strong commitment to advancing knowledge in the field of marketing.

Prior to joining Jaipuria, he served as Assistant Professor at the Fortune Institute of International Business and Maharishi Markandeshwar University. He also gained valuable industry experience as an Assistant Manager at Axis Bank, bringing practical business insights into the classroom.

Known for his energetic teaching style and student-centric approach, Dr. Anand believes in experiential learning and bridging the gap between theory and practice. He actively mentors students, promotes research and innovation, and inspires future management professionals to think critically and lead with confidence.

A recipient of professional certifications including UGC-NET in Management, UGC-NET in Commerce, and the IAB & Google Digital Marketing Certification, Dr. Anand continues to make meaningful contributions to management education through his teaching, research, and academic leadership.
