We are delighted to celebrate Dr. Radhika Bansal, Associate Professor and Area Chair – Business Communication & Liberal Arts, as she completes five enriching years with Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida.

An accomplished academician and the Chairperson of the CSR Committee, Dr. Bansal has brought immense value to the institute through her innovative approach to teaching, curriculum design, and student engagement. With over 15 years of experience in higher education, she has mastered the art of making learning truly experiential and impactful.

Her academic journey includes heading the Department of Humanities at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, leading national and international conferences, and receiving the Best Presenter Award at an International Conference in Jakarta, Indonesia.

A poet, researcher, and lifelong learner, Dr. Bansal has two books of poetry, twelve research papers, and four edited conference proceedings to her credit. Fluent in English, French, and Urdu, she embodies the perfect blend of scholarship, creativity, and compassion.
