With over 24 years of rich experience, she has carved a niche in the domains of Services Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Consumer Behavior, and Customer Experience. Her scholarly work is published in prestigious journals such as VIKALPA (IIM Ahmedabad), Metamorphosis (IIM Lucknow), Journal of Targeting, Measurement and Analysis for Marketing (Palgrave Macmillan), among others.
Her expertise extends beyond academia. She has conducted impactful training sessions for Indian Railways, Central Excise, Geological Survey of India, BPCL, IOCL, and even women’s self-help groups—championing customer-centric thinking across diverse sectors.
