A distinguished academician, researcher, executive coach, and mentor with nearly three decades of professional experience, Dr. Srivastava has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed research publications in internationally reputed FT50, ABDC, Scopus, and Web of Science-indexed journals. Her research spans organisational behaviour, leadership, employee engagement, emotional intelligence, workplace culture, and human resource management.
