Book Review: Outliers "The Story of Success” at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore

Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore, organized a book review session on 21 October, 2024, focusing on “Outliers: The Story of Success” by Malcolm Gladwell. The session explored the various factors behind extraordinary success, such as hidden advantages, cultural backgrounds, and the role of luck, in addition to individual talent.

 

The session featured insightful presentations by Himanshu Sharma and Aashi Shrivastava. Himanshu discussed the influence of hidden advantages on success, while Aashi highlighted how cultural backgrounds contribute to achievements, enriching the conversation with valuable perspectives.

 

Dr. Abhinav Singh Rathor provided expert analysis and shared real-life examples that aligned with the book’s themes, further deepening the discussion. Dr. Pooja Kushwaha concluded the session by distributing prizes to participants from previous book review sessions, recognizing their active involvement.
