Success rarely follows a straight path—and my journey stands as a testament to that. What began as a conventional corporate career gradually evolved into something far more meaningful and deeply personal. Today, as I build Remedify Group, I often find myself reflecting on where it all began—at Jaipuria Institute of Management.

I completed my post-graduation there between 2010 and 2012, a phase that shaped not only my academic foundation but also my mindset and confidence. Jaipuria was more than just an institution; it instilled in me the resilience to navigate uncertainty and the courage to keep moving forward, even when the path was unclear. Those lessons have stayed with me at every stage of my journey.

I began my career in the Indian retail sector, where I spent a few formative years understanding business fundamentals and customer dynamics. Seeking broader exposure, I moved to Dubai and joined the Landmark Group. Over the next decade, I built a stable and rewarding career in retail, gaining valuable industry experience.

Yet, somewhere along the way, I felt a growing sense that something was missing.

The turning point came during the COVID-19 pandemic—a period that allowed me to pause, reflect, and reassess my direction. I realized that while retail had given me stability, my true strength lay in connecting with people, building relationships, and creating meaningful experiences—something I wasn’t fully able to explore in my existing role.

In 2022, I made the decision to transition into the events industry.

Starting afresh in a new domain was challenging, but within two years, one realization became clear: if I could create value and drive results for others, I could build something of my own.

That thought led to the inception of Remedify Group.

The name “Remedify” is derived from the word “remedy,” reflecting our core philosophy—every business faces challenges, and the right solution at the right time can make all the difference. At Remedify, we position ourselves as solution partners. Whether it is delivering services directly or connecting clients with the right network, our goal is to ensure that every need finds the right response.

Our primary focus is corporate events, complemented by public events, team-building activities, artist management, exhibition booth setups, and end-to-end sound, lighting, and AV solutions. The objective is simple: to create impactful experiences that add tangible value to brands.

One of the most rewarding aspects of this journey has been the opportunity to work with leading brands, industry leaders, and even Bollywood celebrities. These experiences have helped us build strong relationships and a robust professional network across industries.

While building Remedify Events, I often reflected on my own early career challenges—especially the struggle to find the right opportunities. That reflection gave rise to another initiative close to my heart.

Thus, Remedify Recruitments was born.

More than just a business vertical, it represents a purpose—to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity. Today, we work with organizations across geographies, helping them find the right talent while enabling individuals to discover meaningful career paths. In many ways, this is our effort to give back.

Today, Remedify Group stands on two strong pillars:

We continue to grow steadily, guided by clarity of vision and purpose.

Throughout this journey, one connection has remained constant—my bond with Jaipuria. Whenever I visit India, I make it a point to return to campus. It serves as a reminder of where I started and keeps me grounded. I also strive to contribute back to the institution in whatever way I can.

If there is one belief that has shaped my journey, it is this:
