On 12^th July 2025, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, celebrated AARAMBH ’25 – the much-awaited Fresher’s Party for the incoming Batch of 2025–27, alongside the Prize Distribution Ceremony for Talaash’25. The event was organised by Office of Student Affairs under the guidance of Dr. Rashmi Chaudhary (Dean, Student Affairs) and was well coordinated by the Student Development Council 2025. The event was also graced with presence of faculty members: Dr. Sushma Vishnani (Dean, Academics) Dr. Shalini Singh (Program Chair, PGDM), Dr. Anjali Tiwari (Program Chair, PGDM – RM), Dr. Hemendra Gupta (Chair, Finance Area), Dr. Upendra Nath Shukla (Chair, Hostel & Mess Committee), Dr. Richa Srivastava (Faculty, Operations Management), Dr. Pallavi Srivastava (Area, Human Resource), Dr. Manisha Seth (Faculty, Human Resource) & Dr. Ankit Mehrotra (Faculty, Business Analytics).

The event commenced with fun activities, riddles and tongue twisters which set the tone for the event ahead.

The event moved further, with prize distribution ceremony of Talaash ’25, where champions were honored and their victory was celebrated.

The evening moved further on a high note with a live band performance, as senior students from the Batch of 2024–26 –Mr. Harsh Rai, Mr. Paritosh Pandey, Ms. Samriddhi Pandey, Ms. Isha Jha and Mr. Yash Jain, gave an electrifying and soulful performance. Their musical talents captivated the audience, setting an enthusiastic and celebratory tone. The auditorium gleamed with flashlights and echoed with applause, as melodies filled the venue.

One of the highlights of the evening was the Ramp Walk and Title Ceremony, where freshers showcased their confidence, elegance, and personality. Titles were awarded to deserving participants based on their overall presentation, presence, and responses. The audience cheered enthusiastically as the winners were crowned.

Moving further, an energetic and creative dance performance followed, adding rhythm and vibrancy to the celebration. Performers from the Batch of 2024–26 were Mr. Piyush Mishra, Ms. Deepanjali Jaiswal, Mr. Sagar Sachan, Mr. Anup Gaurav, Ms. Anshita Srivastava, Ms Neha Jha and Ms. Saumya Jaiswal - showcased a rich mix of styles and expressive movements that captivated the audience and brought the stage to life.

A delightful cake-cutting ceremony took place on the lawn, marking a symbolic welcome to the new batch. The joyous atmosphere, sparkling lights, and group celebrations made the night truly memorable.

The evening progressed with a DJ Night, filling the campus with electrifying beats and high-energy vibes. Students danced with enthusiasm and joy, celebrating new friendships and the start of their B-school journey.

The event ended on a high note, leaving the new batch of 2025–27 with lasting memories, a strong sense of belonging, and excitement for the journey ahead at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow.
