April 6, 2024, marked another memorable day for the 1997-1999 batchmates. The alumni gathered on the lawns of their alma mater to celebrate the Silver Jubilee and relive their Grad days.
The connect was deep and some had taken time to travel all the way from the USA and Dubai, making the occasion more memorable.

The event commenced with the lighting of lamp by Director Dr. Kavita Pathak, who was also a cherished faculty member for this batch. Her words resonated deeply as she expressed her joy at seeing her former students reunited and excelling in their respective fields.
A special commemorative book on Silver Jubilee Reunion @ 2024, conceptualised and edited by Dr. Smita Singh, an alumna of the 1997-1999 batch, was released by Dr. Kavita, Dr. Smita, Dr. Anupam, Dr. Upendra and Dr. Amit. Delving into the archives, Dr. Smita curated a treasure trove of photographs capturing their shared journey. Contributions poured in from various alumni, including articles and reflections by a host of familiar names such as Akanksha Srivastava, Amit Vij, Anjali Goel, Anuja Kapoor, Anurag Mohan, Arpan Sanyal, Kumar Ashutosh, Manish Jain, Naveen Bhatt, Rajiv Ranjan, Richa Agarwal, Shikha Sekhri Sharma, Shilpi Agarwal, Uzma Afsar and Vishal Sharma. Overseas alumni, Anjali Mittal, Mansi Varshney, Parul Sinha, Sumit Sinha, Varsha Zutsi and Vikas Mishra, contributed a collection of photographs.
A delightful performance led by Anurag Srivastava and an engaging hosting by Unaiza Baig kept the attendees engaged.
Dr. Smita led her fellow alumni on a nostalgic journey through their institute days. She evoked cherished memories with mellifluous melodies and a heartfelt slideshow. Her months of hard work brought a tear or two in many eyes as it touched the hearts of one and all who had gathered.
The event was carried forward by Praveen Srivastava aka Gayak bhai; Naveen Bhatt, Manish Raitani, Richa Agarwal and Bharat Khetan.
Anurag Mohan dazzled everyone with his vocal prowess, leaving the audience in awe. The night wrapped up with Dr. Smita's captivating performance and a group picture with everyone donning custom-made t-shirts.
The festivities extended into the night with a gala dinner at Grand JBR, where batch mates danced with abandon and engaged in heartfelt discussions until the early hours.
It was a day of enduring bonds of friendship and unbreakable spirit of the '99 Batch, making it a night to be treasured for years to come. Until we meet again!
