On 8^th September 2025, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, proudly celebrated its 30th Foundation Day, marking three decades of excellence in management education, innovation, and student-centric growth. The event brought together students, alumni, faculty, staff, and distinguished guests to honour the institute’s journey and reaffirm its commitment to shaping leaders of tomorrow.

The program commenced with the Lighting of the Lamp & Saraswati Vandana, followed by a special presentation showcasing the institute’s journey of 30 years - highlighting milestones, achievements, and the spirit of continuous transformation.

The event moved further, with Welcome Address of Dr. Kavita Pathak (Director), who emphasized the true essence of Foundation Day, describing it as the “birthday” of the institute - an occasion to celebrate growth, reflection, and aspirations. She highlighted the philosophy of “Student First” and urged students to look beyond immediate jobs and prepare for a dynamic, AI-driven world with resilience, curiosity, and adaptability. Reaffirming Jaipuria’s pride in being an AI-native institution, she remarked, “We are not being swept away by the AI wave; we are riding it. We are not being tamed by the AI dragon; we have tamed it.”

The celebration also included the felicitation of Faculty & Staff with Loyalty Awards for their long-standing service and dedication, along with Academic Excellence Awards recognizing the outstanding achievements of students.

Further, Guest of Honour - Ms. Deepti Mehra (Vice President, Marketing - Qaddoo) and our very own alumna from batch 2003 – 05, delivered her address, shared an inspiring personal journey of choosing Jaipuria at her father’s advice, reflecting on how trust in the process led to long-term success. Today, as a successful entrepreneur, she emphasized that “a lot depends on how much you can extract from opportunities, and any milestone or success is never too far when one is true to their goals.”

Moving further, Chief Guest - Mr. Agniwesh Thakur (Business & Technology Leader, HXM, Accenture) delivered an impactful address, describing the 30-year milestone not just as a measure of time but as a testament to the institute’s people—students, faculty, and alumni. He inspired students with his four guiding principles:

• Learning: “Your future is not tomorrow; it is today.”
• Leadership: “True leadership lies in creating value for oneself, society, and organizations - not just in titles”.
• Loyalty: “Commitment to a larger purpose is key to personal and professional growth”.
• Technology: “AI and disruptions are opportunities; the focus must remain on problem-solving, creative thinking, and adaptability”.

He reminded students that while technology may replace some roles, those who can harness AI, think critically, and remain resilient will always stay relevant.

The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Dr. Sushma Vishnani (Dean, Academics), who expressed gratitude to the Chief Guest, Guest of Honour, Director, faculty, staff, alumni, and students. She congratulated award recipients and appreciated the efforts of the organizing team and volunteers for making the celebration memorable

The ceremony ended with the National Anthem, followed by tea and refreshments, leaving everyone inspired to carry forward the legacy of Jaipuria with renewed energy and vision.

The 30^th Foundation Day not only celebrated the institute’s remarkable journey but also reinforced its core values of student-first philosophy, continuous learning, and future readiness—promising to nurture leaders who are resilient, innovative, and committed to creating a better tomorrow.
