PN Shetty, CEO of Rupeeboss Financial Services, was felicitated with a green certificate. His bank is a leader in providing MSME loans. In his address, Mr. Shetty delved into the intricate workings of the financial world, emphasizing the unwavering commitment to integrity in matters of growth and money within the workplace.

The second guest, Mr. Sunil Agarwal of Black Olive Ventures Pvt Ltd., an Indian real estate IB and asset management firm, spoke on "How to Make Management Students More Employable." He discussed three major types of skills: technical skills, people skills, and attitude. Mr Agarwal emphasized understanding different industries to ease work transitions and highlighted the importance of preparation for making the right decisions. Sharing his journey from civil engineer to real estate business leader, he associated his success with the 'black swan' moment, signifying that significant changes can happen unexpectedly. He concluded by encouraging hard work and finding balance in life.
